Icelandic latest

Yann, Edward et al. are invariably on top of things in Iceland so the following link:

is the best way to keep abreast of the latest migratory happenings. The news thus far - Greenland White-front, Greylag Geese and Whooper Swans have arrived but no sign, as yet, of Brent. Mummi will no doubt be first to see or hear of them so watch this space....

    First arrivals of Brent Geese 2011 were reported yesterday morning, 31st March. A flock of 20 was seen at Skógtjörn, Álftanes. I looked for them there this morning without success.
