Two PhD studentships available (2011 start) University of Exeter

1. Facebook for geese: the causes and consequences of stable associations in a social forager
2. Disruption and disease: How does population management affect disease risk in wild bird populations?

These studentships will be based at the University of Exeter's large and dynamic Centre for Ecology & Conservation at our Cornwall campus and are part of a trio of PhD projects that build on the expanding collaborative research programme between the Food and Environment Research Agency (FERA), the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (WWT) and the University of Exeter.
